Reed's most personal collection to date, the Liverpool designer draws on lived experience, chosen family and the women who have shaped his understanding of identity, resilience and kinship. Dedicated to his sister Jocelyn Claire Reed and inspired by the trans and queer communities that have informed his creative journey, the SS26 pre-collection exists between self and alter ego.

Across twelve looks, Reed explores a gothic sensibility through timeless silhouettes, corsetry, bespoke tailoring and contemporary intervention. Upcycled pillowcases, reclaimed textiles and reconstructed fabrics challenge conventional notions of luxury, while materials associated with domesticity and private life are elevated through asymmetry, disruption and deliberate imperfection. The result is a series of deeply personal yet subversively romantic garments that function as both armour and comfort — where resilience reveals elegance, and becoming remains forever unfinished.
